What Happens if it's Destroyed? (d10)
- NPC known to the party is found dead the following day in the same position
- Ghost bound to the effigy is released and thanks the PCs, gives location of treasure hoard
- Witch who built the effigy finds out, vows to hunt down the PCs
- NPCs known to the party go mad and begin slaughtering other locals, creating a panic
- Nearby village or town is struck by the plague
- Beast lying dormant beneath the monastery awkens
